Your order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued by Luxora Hair Co. Payment must be received and processed before an order is deemed accepted.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
