DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once an order has been shipped, customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability for delivery. Orders requiring signature confirmation must be accepted by an authorized recipient at the delivery address.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Luxora is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or packages marked as delivered.
If a delivery issue occurs, customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate any applicable claim or resolution process. Any delivery concerns must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY
All orders are processed using the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.
Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.
Orders with billing and shipping address discrepancies may be subject to additional verification, delay, or cancellation at Luxora’s discretion for security purposes.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
Luxora is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are accurate prior to checkout.
If an incorrect address is noticed after shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly as soon as possible.
Returned packages due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you do not see your tracking email in your inbox, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Luxora does not accept returns on orders, all sales are FINAL. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, or charges associated with their shipment, including fees resulting from refused or unclaimed packages.
