At Luxora Hair Co., all sales are final.
Due to the personal nature of our products, including hair extensions, wigs, and accessories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, texture preference, length preference, color preference, dissatisfaction, or failure to review product descriptions and order details prior to purchase.
For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all products are considered final sale.
Customers are strongly encouraged to carefully review all order details, including product selection, length, texture, lace type, shipping information, and billing details before completing their purchase.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing, fulfillment, or label creation.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Luxora reserves the right to cancel any order when necessary, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification failure, inventory issues, or violations of our policies.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
Luxora reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where order fulfillment, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation, tracking documentation, signature confirmation, or customer agreement to our store policies can be demonstrated.
Submitting a knowingly false or fraudulent claim may result in refusal of future service.
