Refund Policy

All Sales Final

At Luxora Hair Co., all sales are final.

Due to the personal nature of our products, including hair extensions, wigs, hot tools, and accessories, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect product selection, texture preference, length preference, color mismatch, dissatisfaction, or failure to read product descriptions.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, all products are considered final sale.

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all order details, including product selection, lengths, textures, lace type, shipping information, and billing details before completing their purchase.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged upon arrival, or materially defective, you must contact Luxora within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Clear photos of packaging (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue

All claims are subject to review and verification at Luxoraโ€™s sole discretion.

If approved, Luxora may provide a replacement, store credit, or other resolution deemed appropriate. Refunds are not guaranteed.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, if the order has not entered processing, fulfillment, or label creation.

Once processing begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Luxora reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment verification failure, inventory issues, or policy violations.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.


Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Luxora reserves the right to dispute chargebacks where order fulfillment, shipment confirmation, delivery confirmation, tracking documentation, signature confirmation, or customer agreement to store policies can be demonstrated.

Fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future service.
